Physical Education is an ideal platform to compliment STEM education. This presentation will provide participants hands on experience with STEM in Physical Education and SPORT specific technologies and lessons that are cross-curricular, standards, based, and exciting for both students and teachers. An overview of two STEM in physical education initiatives will be provided. This session will allow participants to explore ways their current practice already includes STEM content and the importance of highlighting our strengths as physical education teachers within the schools.
